‘Excited to Tune In’: Donald Trump’s Daughter-in-Law Lands Hosting Role on Fox News
She has been an influential figure behind the scenes, a television personality, and a political strategist. She is currently getting ready for her most important part to date, one that will draw millions of viewers each weekend.

At Fox News, Lara Trump is taking center stage. “My View with Lara Trump,” a new show hosted by the former co-chair of the Republican National Committee, will premiere on Saturdays at 9 p.m. ET.
The announcement was made on Wednesday by Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott, who described Lara as a “gifted communicator” who had a deep bond with viewers.
Along with highlighting Lara’s background as a “successful entrepreneur and working mother,” she said that the weekend lineup would benefit greatly from her in-depth knowledge of the American population and current political situation.
Lara shared a picture of herself wearing a striking red outfit on Instagram to show off her joy. “I’m thrilled! “See you on @foxnews on Saturday nights!” she wrote.
As soon as the news was out, fans celebrated by posting supportive words on social media.”Whoa, congrats! “Well deserved,” someone commented.
“Great addition to Fox!” said another. Many said they were looking forward to the show. “I’m eager to watch. One fan remarked, “Brilliant mind,” while another described her as “a strong and intelligent woman.”

Lara will join Fox News’ expanding roster of political commentators in her new position and contribute her viewpoint to weekend television. Political commentary is nothing new to Lara. She has been hosting the web series “The Right View,” which focuses on conservative viewpoints, since 2020. From 2021 to 2022, she also contributed to Fox News.
Lara expressed how thrilled she is to be back and said she can’t wait to interact with viewers once more. “I’m thrilled to bring my voice back to Fox News, talk directly with the American people, and highlight what makes this country great,” she stated.
She went on to say that her upcoming program will focus on America’s Golden Age and examine how this period will influence the nation’s future, as well as her personal journey. Fox News reports that “My View with Lara Trump” will highlight the importance of practicality in today’s society and the revival of common sense in American life.
The program will offer insight into the biggest headlines affecting families nationwide through in-depth conversations and interviews with influential people.
President Donald Trump commended his daughter-in-law’s political savvy and leadership in a previous interview. In response to the question of whether a “Trump dynasty” was feasible, he said that it might be.
He highlighted Lara’s tenure at the Republican National Committee and called her a “amazing” leader. He gave her leadership credit for the party’s success. President Trump also praised Lara in a separate news briefing, calling her “unbelievable and incredible” in her job at the RNC.
He praised her efforts and underlined her solid reputation among women, saying she was instrumental in the party’s achievements, particularly in resolving issues with election integrity.

Lara will be returning to the media scene with her new position at Fox News, where she will share her thoughts on the topics influencing the nation.
When Lara married Eric Trump in 2014, the son of President Trump and his first wife, Ivana Trump, she joined the Trump family. Their wedding was held at Palm Beach, Florida’s Mar-a-Lago, a location that holds particular meaning because it was the site of President Trump and Melania Trump’s 2005 wedding.
Together, Lara and Eric have created a life since saying “I do,” and they are currently commemorating more than ten years of marriage. They are the joyful parents of two children: Carolina, who was born in 2019, and Luke, who was born in 2017.
In March 2017, the couple announced the news of their first pregnancy, with Eric saying they found out on his birthday. Later, Lara acknowledged that the first few months of her pregnancy were more taxing than she had expected. “Until the fatigue hit, I didn’t believe it would actually happen to me,” she stated.
Although deciding on a name proved difficult, Lara had always desired children. Until they gave it to one of their dogs, they liked the name Charlie. They ultimately decided on Eric Luke Trump, whom they affectionately referred to as Luke.

On September 12, Eric announced Luke’s arrival on X. “[Lara] and I are excited to announce the birth of our son, Eric ‘Luke’ Trump, at 8:50 this morning,” he tweeted, accompanied by the first image of his kid.
Lara and Eric welcomed their daughter, Carolina, four months after Lara revealed she was expecting their second child in April 2019.
Lara talked to Hello! during her pregnancy about how their two-year-old son, Luke, could respond to becoming a big brother. She acknowledged that he was far more interested in racing his toy trucks and playing soccer than he was in the prospect of having a new brother.
Lara has consistently struck a balance between her public life and her personal obligations, from her political career to her roles as a wife and mother. She continues to be a well-known and significant personality, whether she is embracing parenthood or generating news with her most recent endeavor on Fox News.
